PSA Finance (now Stellantis Financial Services) provides car finance for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Vauxhall, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and more. If you financed any of these brands at a dealership between 2007 and 2021, you may be owed compensation.
No Win, No Fee · No upfront costs · SRA-regulated legal partner
PSA Finance UK Ltd was the captive finance arm of PSA Group — the French automotive conglomerate that owned Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and (after 2017) Vauxhall and Opel. In 2021, PSA Group merged with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to form Stellantis, one of the world's largest automotive groups. The combined UK financial services operation is now branded as Stellantis Financial Services.
Between April 2007 and November 2021, PSA Finance operated discretionary commission arrangements (DCAs) allowing authorised dealerships across all its brands to set customer interest rates and earn commission accordingly — without disclosing this arrangement to the customer. This applies across all PSA and Stellantis brands sold in the UK through authorised dealers.
The FCA's industry-wide review covers Stellantis Financial Services (formerly PSA Finance), and affected customers are entitled to claim compensation under the FCA's forthcoming redress scheme. Given the number of brands covered — including popular mainstream models like the Peugeot 208, Citroen C4, and Vauxhall Corsa — a significant number of UK consumers may have qualifying agreements.
